Personally and professionally my focus has been on Downtown Minneapolis for over 6 years. It has been truly exciting to see our city develop into what it is today. Over the last 6 years I have seen it grow from a downtown that was very hopeful in fulfilling the wants and needs of Minnesotans and transplants craving a true Urban Lifestyle. Well, I feel we have accomplished that and still have so much more room to flourish. More and more I hear from downtown resident's that they have found fewer reasons to leave downtown.. We have everything we need! Lund's grocer, boutique shopping, movie theaters, pharmacies, Surdyk's, fitness centers, yoga studios, various types of coffee shops and cafes, some of the best places to eat in Minneapolis, the River for a fabulous stroll, daycare for dogs, dog parks and more. Let's not forget the incredible variety of housing that has developed. It is thriving and will only get bigger and better!

My listing presentations are broken down into two appointments. First I will come by to meet with you, view your property, take notes on the special details that I need to know to give you the best Home Sale Analysis possible. On our 2nd visit we will review the Home Sale Analysis. It will be clear concise and easy to understand. I feel there are 3 things that need to be right for a home to sell. Price, condition and marketing. We will set the price as a team, we will go through the home and discuss in detail what needs to be done to show the home in its best fashion and you leave the marketing to me.

Buyers
Every new buyer will be given the time, knowledge and professionalism needed to make buying your home a fun and educational experience. Our first meeting will be a thorough interview of what your wants and needs are, time-frame, comfortable price range and will allow me to make sure you understand the home buying process from beginning to end so there are no surprises down the road. At this time we will also discuss financing and different options available to you. I will always make sure you are given the best program, rate and closing costs possible for your individual needs.
